This delicious savoury cake is easy for anybody to make! Stir fry the onion util translucent then add the green pepper, spices, ginger, cardamoms and coriander and stir fry for a further 5 minutes. Stir in the bread crumbs and add a little water at a time to create a thick doughy consistency. Spoon into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 220 degrees. Serve hot or cold.
