Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom pod seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground star anise
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cooking method for Garam Massalla

Serves 4

Mix all the spices together and store in an air tight jar.
