Honey and Yogurt Ice Cream

Serves 4

2 cups natural yogurt
1 Cup good quality Honey
1/2 Cup single cream

We are now making premium quality toasted and freshly ground curry powders and curry kits, availability is limited due to small scale hand made production but the quality will exceed your expectations.

Method

Mix the ingredients well together and put in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions. If you don't have an Ice cream maker you can freeze in a jug in the freezer and remove 30 minutes before serving. You can omit the cream if on a low fat diet but the honey is essential. Use a good quality yogurt and honey for best results. The flavour is wonderful and extremely soothing after a fiery vindaloo or similar!
