We are now making premium quality toasted and freshly ground curry powders and curry kits, availability is limited due to small scale hand made production but the quality will exceed your expectations.
 

  Method

Before cooking the tandoori king prawns, fry the onion in plenty of vegetable oil very slowly until golden (should take about 1 hour) stir occasionally. Time then king prawns to be ready when the onions are golden. Heat a metal serving skillet in the oven. Put the serving skillet back in it's wooden holder and arrange the onion on the serving skillet then the prawns on top of the onion, pour over the lemon juice for the sizzle and serve. Be careful when handling the metal serving skillet as it will be very hot.
