Midnight Curry Recipe


  • 1 Tin baked beans
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Lime Pickle
  • Leftover Cooked meats (optional)
  • 1 Jalapeno Chilli sliced
  • Little Ghee or Butter

Cooking method for Midnight Curry

Serves 1

Fry the spices in a little oil, stir in the beans, chilli, lime pickle and optional meats (sausages are good for this recipe). Cook over a medium heat until piping hot all the way through and serve with a slice of bread and butter.
