Cooking method for Shami Kebab
Mix the spices, colouring, lemon juice, ginger and garlic up into a paste with a little water and stir in well with the Mince. Mould into burger shapes and fry with a little vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through. Check the kebab is cooked before serving by cutting 1 open slightly with a wedge of lemon.
