Tandoori Powder Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 Tablespoons ground coriander
  • 7 Tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons smoked Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Massalla

Cooking method for Tandoori Powder

Serves 20

Mix all the spices together and store in an air tight jar. For red tandoori powder add 1 tablespoon red coloring powder and remove 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
