Cooking method for Vegetable Pakoras
Fry the onion until soft in the vegetable oil. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl with enough water to make a thick paste. Heat about 3 centimeters of veg oil in a frying pan to a medium high heat. Spoon a little of the pakora mix at a time into the oil and fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Don't try to cook more than 2 or 3 small pakoras at a time as the oil will cool and the pakoras will fall apart. Also 2 or 3 are easier to manage. Serve with a wedge of lemon and some mint sauce.
